Casa Maria is located within the private residence “La Pineta” in Santa Margherita di Pula, right next to a five-star resort. Surrounded by greenery and just 200 meters from the sea, you can easily reach the beach on foot. The house is secluded and overlooks a large, fenced, and furnished garden, perfect for relaxing at any time of day. It features a living room, fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom, one bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed, bathroom, verandas, patio, gazebo, and private parking. Amenities include air conditioning, TV, dishwasher, electric and microwave ovens, washing machine, barbecue, and an outdoor shower with hot water. The sandy beach is wide and has a shallow seabed. Sunbed and umbrella rentals are available for an extra fee, along with several bars and restaurants. Inside the residence, you’ll find a market, a bar-bistro, and an adventure park with treetop courses. Nearby, there are restaurants, nature and archaeological attractions, and bus connections to Pula, Chia, and Cagliari.
